The Libran Personality
Like Gemini and Aquarius, Libra is also an air sign. But in contrast to the mild wind of Gemini and Aquarius, the Libran wind blows erratically and is rather gusty. The Libran woman is extremely interested in culture. You'll find her in the theatre or at art exhibitions where she is unrivalled with her delightful appearance and brilliant expert knowledge. Many Librans may use this artistic talent to work in advertising agencies or even in theatre. But they also cut a fine figure as a housewife and mother. Their strong desire for harmony and calm makes it difficult for them to set their children any kind of boundaries. Libra Child
The Libran child wants to be popular. That's true of every child, but the little Libran goes to great lengths to be popular all the time and wherever he goes. Show your child that you love him even if you have just had words or he's brought home a bad mark from school. Little Librans have to learn that they don't have to please everyone. Libra as Employer/Employee
Librans don't really aspire to be bosses. And there's good reason for that: because in their desire for harmony they attempt to please all their employees. And this can result in problems. Important decisions are put on hold, clear opinions are not formed. When all's said and done, Librans just don't possess leadership qualities. A Libran colleague is much more popular. Their sociableness and charm means that they can easily make friends with colleagues even if they are new. And they always endeavour to maintain a good and positive working atmosphere due to their desire for harmony. Librans look for groups of people and then feel obliged towards those people. No so much because of a sense of duty, but because of their inability to deal with discord and disharmony. Basically, however, Librans don't want to be seen to “misbehave” at work and therefore adapt themselves to suit their place of work and their colleagues.
